Administrator Bios
Kevin Dawson has worked for the district since June 2012, when he was hired to be a teacher at Mt. Juliet Middle School.
In 2014, he was selected to be an assistant principal at Wilson Central High School. During his tenure as assistant principal, he was selected to be a fellow in the 2016 Governor’s Academy for School Leadership.
Mr. Dawson served as principal of West Wilson Middle School before being named principal of Green Hill High School.
Prior to working for Wilson County Schools, Mr. Dawson worked as a teacher, coach, and athletic director in Tennessee for ten years.
Mrs. Budziszewski (better known as Mrs. Budd) is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has been in Tennessee for the last ten years. This year also marks year ten in education for Mrs. Budd. She has worked at Green Hill High School since the doors opened in 2020 both in the counseling department and as an administrator. She is looking forward to serving the freshman class as their Assistant Principal and helping students and families in many capacities. When not at The Hill, you can usually find Mrs. Budd on the water or spending time with her two year old daughter, Palmer. Go Hawks!
Mrs. Kelly MacLean has served in various teaching and educational leadership roles for the past 20 years in both Rutherford and Wilson Counties. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary English Education from Murray State University, a Master's degree in Library Information Science from Trevecca Nazarene University and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University. Mrs. MacLean won the TNASSP Middle TN Assistant Principal of the Year in 2023.
Mrs. MacLean is the Assistant Principal for 11th grade & Dual Enrollment/Early College Academy coordinator at Green Hill.
Mr. Crumby comes to Green Hill from Father Ryan High School, where he has served as Dean of Students from 2019. Prior to this he was an Assistant Principal at Lavergne High School in Rutherford County. Mr. Crumby’s experience, and proven record made him the best choice for this position.
Crumby began his career in education in 2011 as a world history teacher at LaVergne. After two years, he became the administrative dean of students, serving in that role for three years prior to becoming assistant principal.
A graduate of MTSU, where he earned his bachelor’s in education, Crumby went on to earn his master’s in instructional leadership from Bethel University. He is a member of both the Tennessee and the National Associations of Secondary School Principals.
Mrs. Courtney Quisberg has been with Green Hill High School since opening in 2020. She has been an educator since 2008, all with Wilson County Schools. Mrs. Quisberg holds a Bachelor of Science in General Science with a minor in Secondary Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Bethel University. She has taught both Science and Computer Technology at Mt. Juliet Middle School. She was formerly an Assistant Principal at West Wilson Middle School. Growing up in Mt. Juliet, Mrs. Quisberg is proud to be a part of Green Hill High School and serving this community. Mrs. Quisberg is the Assistant Principal for 12th grade.
